**NOTE: Invoices will be sent Thursday, April 18 following Seller approval.
All lots are subject to seller approval.

Payment is due by Monday, April 22 at 1PM.
Address and contact for pickup will be given to winning bidders.

Pickup is by appointment only and must be completed by Wednesday, April 24 at 2PM.

Please bring proper tools, assistance and transportation for removal of items.

Equipped with a 22hp. 0.9 L 3-cylinder diesel engine and hydrostatic transmission (2 forward and 2 reverse) gears. 5.5 Gal. Fuel Tank and an enclosed cabin. Tractor includes two BX2750D Hydraulic Snowblower attachments with a front mount and extra augers. Also included is an RCK54-228X Mower deck. (Only the items described are included in this auction).
