Thick multi-ply hardwood plywood tops, bottoms, and end panels are precisely added into the face frame, ensuring a secure and seamless fit. The adjustable shelves, crafted from edge-banded multi-ply hardwood plywood, exceed industry standards, while the sturdy back panels are routed, glued, and nailed for enhanced durability. 6mm fluted metal shelf clips provide secure, adjustable shelving in 2-inch increments. The solid hardwood shaker-style doors are fitted with 110-degree full overlay concealed hinges, featuring soft-closing dampers for smooth, silent operation. Dovetail-constructed drawer boxes, made from solid hardwood with plywood bottoms, are paired with soft-closing undermount full-extension glides, ensuring effortless functionality. Wood base corner brackets and solid hardwood hanging strips further reinforce the structural integrity of these cabinets. Enclosed in each cabinet set will be a Build Sheet which lists the individual cabinets in each set. As the cabinets are palletized each cabinet will be checked off and signed by our staff member to ensure that the set is complete at the time of pick-up.
