Contents of a 10' x 15' Storage Unit sold by the storage unit owner. Tamper Tag #0678773. Contents include: Matco 4S Toolbox 4225THU 4225TD 4225RP, Tools, Kawasaki Honda 450R Dirt Bikes, Musical Equipment, Four-Wheeler tires/rims, Sony PS3, Shelving units, Totes, Boxes, Personals, Household plus much more. There is no vehicle paperwork for the dirt bikes. They are being sold for parts only. The seller nor the Auction Center nor the storage facility will not help in obtaining vehicle paperwork. The high bidder must clean/take all & leave nothing in the unit or on the storage facility property by Sunday, November 9 at 8PM. The unit must be broom swept clean. There is no dumpster on the property. Anything left in the unit after Sunday, November 9 at 8PM will be deemed abandoned & all cleanup costs will be the responsibility of the buyer with a minimum disposal fee of $300. The storage facility closes at 8PM. Due to security reasons the storage facility & room number will only be given to winning bidder. There is no physical inspection available for this auction. The key to the lock on the unit & the gate code must be picked up at the AAR office in Pleasant Valley, NY by Friday, November 7 at 3PM. Items are located in Highland, NY.
