Contents of a 5' x 10' storage unit being sold by the storage unit owner. Contents include electronics & cosmetics. Electronics include: speakers, rice cookers, fans, lab equipment & similar items. The functionality of electric/electronic items are unknown. Items have not been tested & some may not function or may have cosmetic defects such as scratches, missing packaging, or signs of use. Many electronics are Amazon return items. Also included are hundreds of cosmetic items, mostly unused & in original packaging. Expiration dates have not been checked & some items may be expired. Please see all photos. All items are sold AS-IS, WHERE-IS, with no warranties, returns, or guarantees of any kind. Authenticity & functionality are not verified. Buyers assume all risk & are responsible for complete removal of unit contents. Items are are located in Poughkeepsie, NY. **Pickup note: The high bidder must clean/take all & leave nothing in the unit or on the storage facility property by Sunday, January 11 at 5pm. There is no dumpster on the property for use by the public. Anything left in the unit after Sunday, January 11 at 5PM will be deemed abandoned & all cleanup costs will be the responsibility of the buyer. Any unit not completely emptied by the stated pickup deadline, the high bidder will incur a disposal fee of at least $150. The storage facility gate access closes at 10PM. Due to security reasons the storage facility & room numbers will only be given to winning bidders. There is no physical inspection available for this auction. The key to the unit & the gate access code must be picked up by Friday, January 9 at 3PM at the Absolute Auctions & Realty office in Pleasant Valley, NY.
