Contents of a 10' x 10' storage unit being sold by the storage unit owner. Contents include: luggage suitcases, TVs, dirt bike helmets, watches/jewelry, fishing equipment, boxing gloves, small chain saw, tires/rims, engine stand, box of books, full tote of DVDs, box of mixed video games, three boxes of fine wrapped China, purses, tools & much more. The functionality of electric/electronic items are unknown. The authenticity of items have not been verified or guaranteed on any/all items. Items are are located in Poughkeepsie, NY. The high bidder must clean/take all & leave nothing in the unit or on the storage facility property by Sunday, January 4 at 5pm. There is no dumpster on the property for use by the public. Anything left in the unit after Sunday, January 4 at 5PM will be deemed abandoned & all cleanup costs will be the responsibility of the buyer. Any unit not completely emptied by the stated pickup deadline, the high bidder will incur a disposal fee of at least $150. The storage facility gate access closes at 10PM. Due to security reasons the storage facility & room numbers will only be given to winning bidders. There is no physical inspection available for this auction.
