Contents of a 10'x10' Climate Controlled Storage Unit (Located On the First Floor) sold by the storage unit owner. Tamper Tag ##6692266. Contents include: Collectables, Binders of Pokemon & Magic the Gathering cards, Lionel Train set, Comic Books, Personals, Furniture, Household, Witchcraft, Dolls, Arts and Crafts, Boxes, Totes plus much more. The functionality of electric/electronic items are unknown. Authenticity is not checked nor guaranteed on any & all items. The high bidder must clean/take all & leave nothing in the unit or on the storage facility property by Sunday, December 14 at 8PM. The unit must be broom swept clean. There is no dumpster on the property. Anything left in the unit after Sunday, December 14 at 8PM. will be deemed abandoned & all cleanup costs will be the responsibility of the buyer. The storage facility closes at 8PM. Due to security reasons the storage facility & room number will only be given to winning bidder. There is no physical inspection available for this auction.The key to the lock on the unit & the gate access code must be picked up at the Absolute Auction Center in Pleasant Valley, NY by Friday, December 12 at 3PM.
