Robert A. Doyle, CAI, ISA, CAGA, CES
Principal Auctioneer & Appraiser
 Rob is a certified appraiser through the International Society of Appraisers and the Certified Auctioneers Guild of America, a certified auctioneer and a licensed real estate broker. A graduate of the International Auction School and the Certified Auctioneers Institute, he is deeply committed to the auctioneer profession. He was inducted into the National Auctioneers Hall of Fame in 2006, having served as the 50th President of the National Auctioneers Association, President of New York State Auctioneers Association, President of NYC Auctioneers Association and National Auctioneers Association Foundation board of directors. He is also a past bid calling champion in New York and New Jersey. Rob has also been an active member in his local community for over 20 years and continue to serve as an active member in local organizations.
Susan A. Doyle, CAI, ISA
President & Principal Real Estate Broker
 Sue is a certified appraiser, a certified auctioneer and a licensed real estate broker. A graduate of the International Auction School and the Certified Auctioneers Institute, Sue is a past president of the New York State Auctioneers Association and served on the NYSAA board for more than 6 years. She also served on the board of directors of the National Auctioneers Association from 2002-2005 and has traveled the U.S. and Canada instructing auctioneers and appraisers in the various aspects of the auction and appraisal business. Sue is a recipient of the 2016 Dutchess Community College alumni hall of fame award. Sue is very active in Rotary International and continues to volunteer much of her time in local organizations.
Frank T. Pietrzak, CAGA
Auctioneer & Associate Broker
 Frank is a certified appraiser, a certified auctioneer, a licensed real estate professional and a certified New York State real estate instructor. A graduate of the Missouri Auction School, Frank is a past president, chairman and bid calling champion of the New York State Auctioneers Association. He also served on the National Auctioneers Association public relations committee and was recently a round table discussion facilitator.
Philip Gableman, CAI, GPPA, AMM
Auctioneer & Personal Property Coordinator
 
Phil is a certified auctioneer, a certified appraiser, licensed real estate agent and provides administrative support to the office and gallery teams. Additionally he assists with customer service, tax foreclosure auctions and many other auction-related tasks. He also photographs merchandise, conducts auctions, handles vehicle consignments, oversees personal property, municipal surplus auctions and plays a key role in business development. Phil is a graduate of Texas Auction Academy in Dallas Fort Worth, Texas, holds an associate’s degree in business administration from Dutchess Community College in Poughkeepsie, NY and bachelor’s degree in business management and marketing from Marist College in Poughkeepsie, NY. Phil is also a current board member of the New York State Auctioneer’s Association and serves on committees for the National Auctioneer’s Association.
Jennifer Mensler, CAI, ATS
Auctioneer & Real Estate Salesperson
Jenn is a Licensed Real Estate Salesperson in NY, NJ & CT. She graduated Texas Auction Academy in Dallas/Fort Worth, TX in 2008. Earned Auction Technology Specialist designation is 2012. Active member of the National Auctioneers Assocation serving on committees and attending conferences and seminars since 2008. Member of the New York State Auctioneers Association. Has an Associate Degree in Business Administration from Dutchess Community College, Poughkeepsie, NY and a Bachelor Degree in Business Management & Administration from Mount Saint Mary College, Newburgh, NY. Over 11 years experience in the auction business. Jenn is a certified auctioneer. Jenn is also a Notary Public and currently is the New York State Ambassador for the National Auctioneers Association. She is also the recipient of the 2017 Pat Massart leadership award given at CAI hosted by Indiana University in Bloomington, IN
Gregory J. Stone, AARE
Auctioneer & Real Estate Salesperson
Graduated Missouri Auction School in 2004. With the company since 2002, Greg has been a real estate auction professional who assists in gathering parcel information, photographing, sign-posting and showing properties to prospective bidders. Additionally, Greg spot’s bids and assists prospective bidders at the auction. Greg is a member of NAA and NYSAA.
Gregory P. Frederick
Auctioneer & Real Estate Salesperson
Graduated Mendenhall School of Auctioneering in 2013. Greg is a retired Senior GIS Tax Map Technician from Fulton County and has been with the company since 2012 as a real estate auction professional that assists in gathering parcel information, photographing, sign-posting and showing properties to prospective bidders. Greg works with the various County Real Property Tax Mapping Departments to gather the digital information that is used in preparing for each auction. Additionally, Greg spot’s bids and assists prospective bidders at the auction. He is a member of NAA and NYSAA.

Field Consultants

Paul L. Stansel, CAGA
Auctioneer
 Paul is a member of the National Auctioneers Association and the Certified Appraisers Guild of America. A graduate of Missouri Auction School, Paul is also a licensed real estate agent in the state of Connecticut. Paul became an Absolute Auctions associate in 1997 after being introduced to Rob Doyle by Frank Pietrzak, whom he had met in 1996 at auction school. Paul is very proud to be associated with a firm that sets high professional and ethical standards, and consistently exceeds them.
Luigi DelVecchio, Auctioneer Luigi has been involved in the Antqiues business for many years, specializing in estate sales while running an antique shop. Luigi easily grasped AAR’s Dynamic Online Auction program. Luigi efficiently and effectively provides unparalleled service to his clients to ensure a successful sale each and every time. He has most recently decided to devote his efforts entirely on the auction method of selling assets for his clients and is expanding services throughout all of Westchester County, NY and surronding areas. With a physical brick and mortar location in Mt. Kisco, he can offer a full level of auction service onsite or in the gallery. Be sure to keep an eye out for Luigi in his AAR wrapped Mini Cooper.
William H. Rieschl Bill caught the antique bug at the age of 10, when he would attend shows with his antique dealer parents, selling his curiosities under the name of “Billy’s Wooden Ware”. Building on his early entrepreneurial success, Bill was the owner of an import/export business for 25 years and a project manager with a construction company. He has remained an avid collector since the early days of “Billy’s Wooden Ware”. Bill’s primary responsibility is to meet with potential clients to discuss how the auction method can best help them liquidate an estate, sell a specialty collection, or dispose of quality personal property. Bill has completed the Appraisal Studies Program at New York University.
Donna Finocchiaro Donna is a professional organizer from eastern CT, specializing in whole-house clear-outs.  She is a field agent for Absolute Auctions and Realty, representing an area 30 miles of Hartford.  Donna started her business in 2004, after a sixteen year career in corporate finance and accounting.
Sal and Deborah Silvestro have been in the Antiques business for over 35 years. They opened their first shop in Beacon, NY, participated in many major shows in the US and Europe, and now reside in Port Ewen, NY where they operate their online business out of a storefront on Broadway. Through the years, they’ve handled just about every category of Antiques, but their favorite niche is the collectibles field.
Joe Nuccio has been in the antique and collectibles business for well over 20 years during which time he has managed various antique centers and conducted estate sales. Since joining the AAR team and with a wealth of knowledge and experience in a wide array of situations, Joe is able to offer multiple solutions to meet the needs of various clients.
John Codianniis a certified gemologist and deals heavily in coins and jewelry. He has for years been conducting appraisals in the CT region for clients and helping facilitate placing items in the proper sales to bring the most money possible. With a strong history in Jewelry and a keen eye for details, John is a go to resource for fine jewelry and precious stones.
Linda Pulford is an Estate Liquidator and Professional Organizer with over 30 years of Project management experience and 10 years of helping people organize and downsize. Her previous career was as a Corporate Project Manager for Anthem Blue Cross and Blue Shield where she coordinated multi-state projects with over 100 members and 20 teams. Her education includes the University of Connecticut, Computer Processing Institute, Aetna and Anthem Management Training Centers, Project Management Institute, the National Association of Professional Organizers and the National Study Group on Chronic Disorganization. If you are dealing with a recent loss, downsizing or moving to assisted living, she can take care of all the belongings you no longer want. Jessica Meyer Booth
Director of Marketing/Real Estate Salesperson
Jess has been in the auction business for over 20 years with AAR. She is responsible for auction marketing and advertising;  research and compilation; and administrative support of the real estate team. Jess also assists with various specialty projects and helps coordinate auction details. She is also a licensed real estate agent in the state of New York. Jess is a graduate of SUNY New Paltz with a Bachelor degree of Fine Arts and a minor in Art History. She is also a past editor for the New York State Auctioneer’s Association magazine.
Evette Jimenez
Office Liaison
Evette provides administrative support to the Auction Team and handles customer service and billing, assists with tax foreclosure auctions, on-site auction and in-house auction preparation. She also coordinates auction details along with posting auction content to the website. Evette is also a Graduate of the Ridley-Lowell Businees and Technical Institute with a diploma in networking and technical support specialist.
Kimberly Schmitt
Office Liaison
Kimberly provides administrative support to the Auction Team and handles customer service and billing, assists with tax foreclosure auctions, on-site auction and in-house auction preparation. She also coordinates auction details along with posting auction content to the website. Kimberly is also a Graduate of Dutchess Community College in applied science.

Gallery Team

John Santiago
Gallery Manager
 John is responsible for merchandise lotting, cataloging, and auction setup. He also oversees our trucking service, which is provided for clients requesting merchandise pickup as well as manages the gallery operations. John is also well versed in our Dynamic Online Only Auctions, whether at our gallery or onsite. He works closely with the personal property division of AAR aligned with the corporate focus and objectives. John is a key member in the staff management and client relations.
Paul Gableman
Assistant Gallery Manager
 Paul is responsible for merchandise lotting, cataloging, and auction setup. Paul also assists in setting up Dynamic Online Only Auctions at our gallery or onsite as well as helps oversee the gallery operations. Paul is also well versed in coins, jewelry, silver and military items and is an excellent resource for researching items.
Taylor Robinson
Gallery Liaison
 Taylor is responsible for merchandise lotting, cataloging, and auction setup. Taylor also assists in setting up Dynamic Online Only Auctions at our gallery or onsite and often time will manage pickup for onsite auctions. He is a current student at Dutchess Community college focusing on cinematography.
Clint McCoach Gallery Liaison Clint is responsible for merchandise lotting, cataloging, and auction setup. Clint also assists in setting up Dynamic Online Only Auctions at our gallery or onsite. Clint holds associate’s degrees from Dutchess Community College, a bachelor’s degree from SUNY New Paltz in international business, trade and commerce. Coming from a finance and logistics background, Clint brings with him a diverse experience in many industries.
